All the setups in the bungalow are of weekly typology, or rather with coverage that has been going for Saturday to Saturday. Specifications are possible also offers only for superior or inferior periods a normal week as for instance a weekend. For these offers out list standard to always verify the devoted section.

Price is
for week, for typology of bungalow and for a number of max four people, children included. Children, even if very young, are considered, for occupational goals, as adults, so they must be counted for the maximum number of people allowed for the reserved bungalow. If at the arrival the number of the occupants was inferior to the number of max people allowed in the bungalow, no reimbursement is due to the client. Extra bed, if possible, must be agreed with the Addministration at the momento of the booking.
Price includes
Bungalow 4 people water, light, gas, maintenance expenses, TV and hair dryer included
Beach service (1 parasol, 1 bed and 1 lawn chair), car parking (July and August: from 8 am to 5 pm), floating docking service. The service starts on Saturday (arrival) 4 pm and ends the following Saturday (departure) at 10 am.

30 % discount for boats without motor available at the moment
Price does not include
Deposit: € 100 that will be refunded at the end of the stay, after generale check of the furniture and kitchenette, that have to be left clean
Final cleaning: € 50 for 4 beds; €60.00 for 5 beds; €70.00 for 6 beds and €90.00 for 8 beds
Laundry (to be requested at the moment of booking):
€ 15 per person for weekly change (for bed or bathroom)
€ 20 per person for weekly change (for bed + bathroom)
Extra bed (to be requested at the moment of booking):
€ 40 a week in mid and low season
€ 50 a week in high season
Cradle rental (to be requested at the moment of booking):
€ 40 for week. Client’s cradle accepted
Air-conditioning (to be requested at the moment of booking):
€ 50 a week
